You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Lead generation services are priced per qualified lead as specified in your service agreement. Pricing varies based on your selected plan and advertising channels, typically ranging from $30-60 per qualified lead.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services:

• In any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the services
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• To engage in any automated use of the system without our express written permission
• To collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the services

6. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality leads that meet your specified criteria. However, lead conversion rates may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

6.1 Lead Qualification

Leads are qualified based on criteria established in your service agreement, including but not limited to budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) criteria.

6.2 Lead Replacement

If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria, we will work with you to provide a replacement lead or credit to your account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CodeHorizon and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the services, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.
